Grief is a personal journey, but it doesn’t have to be traveled alone. The Good Grief Support Group at Red Deer Hospice offers a space for six to eight people to learn together, to receive and offer support, and to find success in coping with grief. Meetings are held once a week for two hours over an eight week period.
There is no fee to attend, but donations are gratefully received.
