Key Responsibility Areas
You will use your skills and compassion in performing various procedures, observing, monitoring, reporting, and documenting changes in physical, mental, or emotional state to ensure optimum resident care.
Qualifications
You will have an active registration with the CLPNA and current first aid with CPR. As a vital member of our team, you will apply your excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to work independently at a high pace and can easily adapt to change. Experience in palliative or hospice care is an asset.
The successful candidate will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
